Cocoa Mass Production
Pre-Grinding Mills are used to reduce the paste particles or product to be treated. The grinding is performed by a plate milling system. The grinding is performed by a plate milling system. The mechanical friction enables the fat liquefaction and the diameter reduction of the solid particles. The final product is a fluid paste with a particles size between 100 and 200 mm. The pure cocoa liquor (or mass) is derived exclusively by grounds roasted beans.
