The Steam Sterilizer allows the product to remain in contact with hot steam for the necessary time to reduce the bacterial charge of the inlet product. This treatment keeps the product characteristics unchanged. The central process is performed by a rotating blades system to keep the product in constant movement during the sterilization. The debacterizing is performed quickly, automatically and safely thanks to the food grade certified materials.
